Dear Quilting Friends,
I am starting a blog to share ideas, tips, materials, photos, and stories by and for quilters. I have been sewing my whole life but just took up quilting about 8 years ago. I love to travel and want to combine it with quilting. I am looking for suggestions on quilt camps you liked or disliked. Where have you been that you liked? Who/where do you recommend avoiding? Who were your favorite quilt teachers and worse?

Hi Jann,
Last summer i went to flag Staff Arizona and i enjoyed the quilt camp there(Quilt camp in the pines). WE Stayed at a beautiful and affordable hotel called Little America. I would recommend the trip to flag staff.

I've never been to a quilt camp before. I've been to a couple of weekend retreats with friends. We get together and work on our own projects (in between food and laughter. :)
